Dr (MA) Maïmouna BOLOGO/TRAORÉ is a CAMES Senior Lecturer and teacher-researcher in Sociology at the 2iE institute. She is Head of the Human, Social and Managerial Sciences Department (SHSM).

She holds a PhD in Anthropology from the University of Poitiers, and her doctoral research focused on the relationship between identity logics and household waste management in the city of Ouagadougou.

 

Brightness Mangolothi is a Director at Higher Education Resource Services – South Africa (HERS-SA).  A  South  African  non-profit  organisation dedicated to the empowerment of women leaders in the higher education sector through capacity building, advocacy, research, and strategic collaborations.  Brightness stands as a beacon of knowledge and experience on women’s issues in higher education and leadership development, with a rich background in public and private higher education, research, lecturing, community service, advocacy, and communication. She has carved a distinguished path over more than two decades.
