Dr. Yvonne Olando is the Director in charge of Public Education, Advocacy, Rehabilitation and Regional Coordination; with over 15 years consolidated experience in the substance use prevention and management field, having practiced in the public and private sectors. She has vast experience as a Clinical Psychologist and a Certified International Addiction Professional (ICAP IV).
Ms. Bhoke Chacha is a Tutorial Fellow in the Department of Sociology, Social Work and African Women’s Studies at the University of Nairobi, Kenya where she teaches undergraduate courses. She is also undertaking her Ph.D. studies in the same department. Her thesis title is “Appraisal of Gender Inequality In Academic Positions In Public Universities In Kenya.” Her research interest areas include Sociology of Gender, Sociology of Education and Community Development.
Prof Owuor Olungah is an associate professor at the Institute of Anthropology, Gender & African Studies, University of Nairobi. He has been in the academic world for the last 24 years doing research, teaching and consultancy. He is a PhD holder in Social Anthropology with a bias in Reproductive Health. He has diverse research experiences ranging from socio-cultural concerns, reproductive health and rights, women in democracy, child rights, drug use, Women in Agriculture, Female Genital Mutilation and lived experiences of communities.

She is a seasoned professional with 19 years of experience in raising awareness, increasing understanding, co-creating solutions and inspiring actions that disrupt the cycles of violence, poverty and inequity in Africa.
FA Ndirangu Ngunjiri a managing partner Watermark Financial Consultants and a scholar in Finance with specialization in theoretical and empirical work on investments; public-private partnership, climate finance, and price formation in capital markets with experience over 17 years.
Joseph Munyoki Mwinzi is an Associate Professor of Philosophy of Education in the Department of Educational Foundations at the University of Nairobi. After receiving a PhD in Philosophy of Education from the University of South Africa, Joseph taught at Kenyatta University, South Eastern Kenya University, and currently he is teaching at the University of Nairobi.
Esther Maingi is a highly motivated individual with a passion for gender and development studies. She holds a Master’s degree in Gender and Development Studies from the University of Nairobi, where she gained valuable skills and knowledge in gender analysis, social change, and sustainable human development.
Willis Akala-Opondo is a Ph.D. student at the Department of Social Justice Education, OISE/University of Toronto. He is currently a Research Associate with the Center of Excellence for Black Student Achievement at the Toronto District School Board.
