PROF.PAMELA RABURU

I obtained PhD from Lancaster University, UK (2010), MA (2000) and BEd, both from IOE/UCL-London. An Associate Professor in Educational Psychology,andcurrently the Director Quality Assurance at JaramogiOgingaOdinga University of Science and Technology (JOOUST) in Kenya. An ACU ambassador to JOOUSTand a member of ACU supporting Research Steering Committee representing East Africa region.I am a member of   the Kenya Universities Quality Assurance Network (KuQAN), EAQAN, AAU/AfriQAN. I had previously served as the Dean School of Education (2015-2018), and Chairperson of a department. I worked as a lecturer atDhofar University in the Sultanate of Oman (2006-2012), and King Faisal University in Saudi Arabia (2000-2005).I am a member of Africa Deans Association, with a passion for supporting gender issues, a member of Gender and Education Association UK, and FAWE Kenya Chapter.An Educational Psychologist with over 20 years teaching experience-supervised and graduated 15PhDand 40 Masterstudents.I have authored/co-authored 55 articles in refereed journals, reviewed 2 articles and 1 book, published55 publications in refereed journals, and presented academic papers across the world in United Kingdom, Indonesia,Middle East,Uganda, Tanzania, and Kenya. I am committed to forging partnerships and collaboration in research towards a measurable impact on communities and governments. I have received several funded research grants
